Pararemake - A PARASprunki Remake

What Is Pararemake - A PARASprunki Remake?

What began as a fan-made Parasprunki mod has been torn down and rebuilt from the ground up by @AceTheGuy and a small team. Pararemake - A PARASprunki Remake replaces the original's sounds, polishes every sprite, and layers in extra background details that weren't there before. A hotfix is already confirmed, adding missing characters and three new bonuses — so now is a good window to experience the base version before it expands.

The core loop mirrors the Incredibox format: drag sound icons onto empty character polos to build a track. This remake runs at 105 BPM in normal mode and 112 BPM in horror, with Phase 2 composed by fork.flp. The project reportedly took over a year across its lifespan, with the current version consuming roughly two to three months of focused work.

Community response has been vocal. One player who previously disliked Parasprunki called the remake "perfect" in both design and composition. Others have flagged missing characters — specifically requesting Temu Black — and asking about a Phase 3. @AceTheGuy has confirmed both: Temu Black arrives in the hotfix, and Phase 3 is planned for the full version.

A known bug causes Mr. Sun to appear in his Phase 2 form after restarting in Phase 1, which the developer acknowledged and plans to fix. Content warnings apply: blood, gore, swearing, and scoleciphobia (fear of worms) are present. Play Pararemake on sprunki.cool with headphones for the intended effect.

Watch for Phase Transitions

The mod contains multiple phases that shift the BPM and visual presentation — normal mode runs at 105 BPM while horror sits at 112 BPM.

Playing Smarter

  • Use Headphones

The developer explicitly recommends headphones to hear the full range of the new sound design.

Especially important during horror phases where audio detail matters most.

  • Mind the Content Warnings

This mod includes blood, gore, swearing, and worm imagery (scoleciphobia). Skip it if those are dealbreakers.

The warnings come directly from the creator — take them seriously.
