This is the world of Sprunki - Blackness Chaos, a community-created musical mod that contrasts bright, lighthearted melodies with a deep plunge into atmospheric horror.
In this creative take on the classic drag-and-drop music formula, players can experiment with a highly unusual cast of characters. Among the roster is Sky, a 14-year-old cyan bear with round ears and a single strand of hair who loves collecting dolls. As the only character under the age of 18, Sky bears the physical scars of a past attack; triggering his Phase 2 form completely distorts his face and strips away his standard Sprunki shape. He is joined by Mr. Sun, a bright figure sporting eight vibrant orange spikes, Derpal, a silent purple dragon, and Tanner, a stern sheriff who stands guard with his gun.
Your performance is split across two distinct environments: Normal Mode and the eerie Horror/Black Mode. While Normal Mode offers bright visuals and cheerful, upbeat tones, switching to the dark mode completely transforms the stage with dynamic lighting, gothic color palettes, and synchronized, haunting soundscapes. Be warned, however: the descent into the abyss is absolute. Once you activate the dark mode, the only way to restore the light and return to the normal town is by refreshing your page.
