In this corrupted landscape, you will encounter the survivors and mutants left behind by the outbreak. Patient Zero Clukr roams in a frenzied state, while Oren desperately searches for Pinki, who was narrowly saved from the chaos by Mr. Tree. Meanwhile, the highly destructive Raddy leaves a trail of ruin, and Crimson Black monitors the unfolding madness from the shadows. Other familiar faces—including Simon, Wenda, Vineria, and Sky—have succumbed to the virus, sporting terrifying new mutated designs. Every single visual asset in this mod was handcrafted by the creators, who explicitly stated that no generative AI was used in the making of this project.

Creator @Boxdudsprunki182 collaborated with @UnanimadorLetal, @SerenitySmith, and @6767smg to expand upon the original Phase 4 concept by @uc990222.
