A row of flat-faced, silent silhouettes stands ready across the stage, holding heavy weaponry—from firearms to an unexpected RPG—against a stark, dark backdrop. Sprunki Muhammad Carl Treatment transforms the traditional drag-and-drop beat-building formula into an eerie, high-tension soundscape dominated by low-frequency hums and jarring bass distortion.
Instead of cheerful tunes, players assemble tracks using four distinct sound banks: Beats, Effects, Melodies, and Voices. Arranging these sounds onto the line of expressionless characters generates a brooding, dark atmosphere. The tension escalates when reaching the game's shift into the Aftermath phase, where audio elements deliberately clash and twist, turning a structured musical arrangement into a chaotic horror environment.
Creator @Muhammadcarlyt developed this project after scrapping a previous iteration due to a lack of motivation, choosing to rebuild the experience using PenguinMod before porting it over. The design pairs distorted character imagery with intentional audio dissonance to deliver a sharp contrast to classic music-box mods, standing alongside other dark variations like Sprunki Muhammad Carl Time.
This community-submitted game is now available to play on Sprunki.cool. For players drawn to dark visual aesthetics, heavy bass distortion, and horror-themed audio experiments, Sprunki Muhammad Carl Treatment offers a hauntingly unique sound studio.
