This tense narrative forms the backbone of Sprunki The Roma Treatment, a music-driven mod that explores a world pushed to the brink of madness.

In this psychological twist on the classic music-making formula, players must piece together a soundtrack while navigating a fractured cast of characters. While most of the lineup has fallen victim to Roma's attacks, a few key figures remain miraculously spared. Fun Bot, Mr. Sun, Mr. Fun Computer, Medusa Taco, and Yoshka stand as the sole exceptions to the chaos. Within the community, players have debated the inclusion of Medusa Taco, but the creators have clarified that her presence is essential to keeping the story alive when so many other characters have been injured. Meanwhile, Yoshka's safety comes as a comforting, if unsurprising, relief to fans who know their history.

Like other popular community creations such as Sprunki Watolo Treatment, this mod focuses on the dark, transformative fates of its characters. Players can drag and drop sound icons to layer custom beats, vocals, and melodies.
