In Sprunki But Rareshifted (Alexzilla's Take), the community's immediate shock comes from seeing familiar faces in entirely new lights, most notably the surprising transformation of Brud into a female character. This mod, built on the 'Rareshifted' concept where characters' fates are shifted in ways rarely explored, plunges players into a dark, atmospheric musical experience.

Players drag and drop beats, effects, melodies, and vocals onto up to seven characters. The game transitions from a tense normal phase into a sudden, chaotic Horror Phase. Here, visual deformations, trapped characters, and a noisy layering of sounds take over the stage. Despite the eerie chaos, players have noted how shockingly well the game's diverse visual and audio textures work together to create a cohesive, unsettling rhythm.
